I had talked to Heidi on March 30 to set up a time to clean. We agreed Thursday April 2 (today) would be her day to start at 3:00pm. We agreed on the price & that it would be Bi monthly. It was a pleasant conversation. I was so pleased that she could come & clean on such a short notice and just before a holiday! She never showed. I had called her twice before her arrival time to let her know to call before she came to the door, so she wouldn't stand in the rain and to give me time to put the dogs behind a gate so they wouldn't escape out the door. I have a disability and it takes me time to get to the door. I called her back again when she was an hour late, still got her voicemail. I'm very sad & frustrated. I thought I'd have my house cleaned for the holidays when company was coming, now I have nothing! Thanks a lot Miss Heidi, you've ruin my holiday! I'm not a happy customer!
