Chris was recommended by a realtor friend of mine for a home/commercial piece of property. The inspection of the property was extremely thorough and Chris made sure I understood the extent that he could inspect and report. He looked at absolutely everything with the final report being almost 70 pages which included detailed pictures. I was impressed. And he looked at the property on Saturday and I had the report by Sunday. Definitely worth the money. The report has allowed me to make an informed decision on the purchase of this property and I expect it to have saved me way more money then what I paid for it.

Chris was very professional, courteous and respectful during the inspection. He provided us with a thorough and detailed report very soon after the inspection (next morning).
He gave us a synopsis of his findings and thoughts at the end of the inspection before the final report. He was available with questions we had even after the inspection. We are first time homebuyers and our experience with Certified Home and Property Inspection was very positive.
