Vicki did an amazing job with our cleaning! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided a great value. She was also great with our dog, Yogi. We can’t wait to have her back in a few weeks for our next cleaning. I highly recommend booking her for any of your cleaning needs!

Vicky did an overall cleaning. Some areas where she initially started were nicely cleaned and she even pointed out to an area behind in the closet that needed cleaning. The price was good. Downside: she took 5 hours to clean 3 bedroom house and she was quite slow doing the job which interfered with my schedule. She did not lift or move small items or furniture like ottoman and toy basket and went around the objects with a mop and vacuum. She did not clean the under the carpet area at the main and back door entrances or kitchen sink.

Thanks for your feedback, Elena, and the opportunity to clear things up. The area in the closet was mold, which I discovered and cleaned after moving several baskets and boxes. When we talked on the phone, I told you it would take me four hours to clean, because I am extremely thorough. The extra time resulted from me moving and replacing two beds and a room-sized area rug. Had you told me ahead of time that you expected me to move the living room furniture to clean beneath it, I would have told you then that it’s not safe for me to do so. I’ve never had a client ask me to move furniture or large area rugs; waiting for you to do that took extra time as well. Your instructions for the kitchen specifically were to clean only the floor and the left side of the stove top; however, I cleaned the entire stove top, scraped grease from the counters, and cleaned them. It’s unfortunate we weren’t a good fit.

I connected her to clean my move in cleaning for empty house. I like to breakdown my review in few areas with intention to be fair to her and helpful to others.
1. Communication - good at beginning but very poor after payment.
2. Cleaning job satisfaction: good, she did good job cleaning detail area. After cleaning when reported flaws she came out and took care of feedback.
3. Time to clean & Pricing (very disappointing)- certainly underestimated the cleaning job (may be to get business low bowl the price) , but 2 days in the job requested to extend time line to another 2 days (very slow or under estimation). Also when she took double the time requested double the price than originally quoted - which was way pricy than even excellent cleaners. Basically demanded to pay roughly $30/hr estimate for the double time she took. Out of kindness and courtesy I still paid it. For which she committed 6 hr of follow up cleaning.
Courtesy and communication: good until the job but did not keep commitment of 6 hours of post cleaning - only completed 3 hours follow up job and only completed half than expected (only 3.5 bathroom cleaning in 3 hrs)
Been reaching out to schedule rest of cleaning for months but now no response from her to text or phone calls.
If you are in for surprises and poor response go for it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee and you’ll never pay more than what I quote. If it takes me longer than I expected, that’s on me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk through details. For move in cleanings, I create a detailed list of specific tasks so both parties are clear about expectations and costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve owned and cleaned rental properties for over 20 years. Plus I have a healthy dose of OCD.
