I talked with jasmine on the phone and she was so kind and just pleasant to talk to. I told her that I was a little nervous for someone to come into my home, since this was the first time that I had a cleaning company clean my home. She put me at ease and reassured me that everything would be fine and that her team would be able to handle everything. The girl that cleaned my home did a great job. I especially wanted my tub deep cleaned and she did an amazing job. My sink had water stains and she was able to remove that. It looked brand new. Thank you so much for cleaning my home and making it a wonderful experience.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Jasmine and her team for cleaning my new house! I would check all areas if Thumbtack would let me. My cabinets and light switches were black and grimy but her team was able to get all of the grime off of the surfaces. Jasmine and her team are professional, punctual, detailed, respectful and very hard working. Will definitely call back for more deep cleaning. I feel so much better moving our furniture into our new home. Thank you!!

I hired SnapMaids for a move-in clean. They were able to accommodate my same day request.
I did a “priority clean” where I had 1x cleaner for a 4-hour period. I made a priority list to start checking off.
The cleaner they sent me, was very thorough, he spent around 3 hours on the refrigerator alone. Turns out there was some mold underneath the trays in there that Juan found and eliminated.
With having spent so much time in the fridge, they identified that they weren’t going to get anything else done on the list…that’s when the “magic” happened.
The coordinator said- don’t worry, I’m sending help!
That’s when Eli and Tia showed up. Together the dream team- Juan, Eli, and Tia- came and conquered the rest of the list! They were able to complete the rest of the list in an hour or so! They did a great job and were very professional and funny!

Snap Maids came to the rescue and was able to provide a deep clean for one of my rental properties. They were flexible and provided next day service so that I could quickly turn it over to my new tenants. Snap Maids sanitized, used eco-friendly products which I requested and followed COVID guidelines which was very important to me. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We'll have a quick chat about you and your homes needs. We'll address anything and everything you're looking for in your home cleaning.
2. We'll quote you a flat-rate price, and send you a detailed checklist of everything that will be included in your cleaning.
3. If you like what you hear, we'll get you on our schedule and let you know which of our amazing cleaners will be caring for your home.
4. Now that we know exactly what needs to be done, we'll arrive at your home on-time and get straight to work until your home is returned to its most beautiful state!
5. We'll follow up with you after your cleaning to make sure you are 100% happy with our services. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, we'll come back and re-clean it within 24 hours, at no additional cost to you!
