Mark responded promptly to our needs, he did an excellent job in cutting down and hauling away a hedge that had gotten beyond our control at our home in Cuyahoga Falls. he is reasonable and we would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to others.

I contacted Nassau Lawn Care online at about 10pm one evening. I gave him the address for my 91 year old grandma. He got back to me the next morning after he did a drive-by of checking out the property. The price was great and he was very easy to talk to and get along with. My grandma always says what a nice man he is! She feels safe having him around every week he comes... rain or shine. We didn't even tell the family we hired a new lawn man but the entire family knew that we must have because of the great job that was now being done. It was hard for my grandma to replace her old lawn man but she has had no regrets! Thank you for your service!

Removed dead trees and brush. Mulched around house and other out-lying areas. Hauled off debris. Work was performed on time as scheduled.

I keep my pricing/estimating system simple and straight forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to meet with the new customer in person. This enables me to ask the appropriate questions to find out exactly what their expectations are. In turn I will convey to them my process for completing the job with an expected finish date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working outside, customer interaction, and seeing the results of effort.
Win/win--customer gets to relax while I take care of the lawn; i keep the lawn looking nice.
