After my roof suffered wind damage, I turned to Sergeants Home Improvement and the experience exceeded my expectations. Initially, I wasnt sure whether to upgrade to a metal roof, but Nick took the time to clearly explain the differences between shingles and metal, from durability and longevity to overall value, which made the decision much easier. His honesty, expertise, and genuine care really stood out.Nick was there every step of the way, keeping me informed and clearly outlining what to expect at each stage. His communication and professionalism made the entire project smooth and stress-free.The installation of my metal roof and new gutters was done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The crew worked efficiently, completed everything in a timely manner, and the finished product looks fantastic.I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out and the peace of mind my new roof provides. Nick was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process with our insurance. Even calling my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was in order. The roof looks great and we had them add an extension on the house that pulled everything together.

Don, Nick, Brian and the entire crew have been amazing through the whole process. When the insurance company tried to take advantage of my 83 year old mother by making spot fixes, 'Sergeants' stepped in and proceeded to battle with them for months until a complete roof was approved.Their workmanship, cleanliness and professionalism are unmatched. They were timely, accommodating and patient with my mom and made her feel comfortable and reassured through the entire process.How did I find out about Sergeants Home Improvement? Fortunately, I was privileged to serve with Don, Nick and Brian while a member of the Ohio National Guard. Love the fact these gentlemen have served their country and continue to serve their community by providing honest, quality craftsmanship. You can tell they continue to take pride in what they do! We had a phenomenal experience with Nick and the Sergeants Home Improvement crew for our roof replacement. The crew was clean, professional, and did a great job on the roof itself. Where Sergeants truly shone was with the insurance process. From the start, they assured us our claim would cover everything, including replacing our skylights. While we did have to go through a lengthy appraisal process, we trusted their expertise completely. In the end, they were righteverything was covered by our insurance, and we only paid our deductible! They were available for every question and concern throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

What can I say. Amazing professional quality installation by an outstanding crew and outstanding company!! Being I am a veteran and having a veteran owned company perform this installation made it that much more special. I trust the work performed beyond just the warranty. There is integrity, passion and commitment that this company exhibited installing a new roof for what is our forever home. The entire process was simple. All steps were explained and any questions were answered. I want to give a shout out to Alicia and Brian for their communications. But mostly I want to thank Don for creating a fantastic company and staffing it with a team of professionals that showed hustle, cooperation, knowledge and respect for the customer on what they do.On our scheduled install date the weather cooperated and everything went as promised from tear off to completion. I was amazed how well the crew worked together. Their cleanup was also meticulous. Except for the new roof you would have never known they had been there. I've attached some pictures of the during and after of this project.I want to be upfront and say that I was a winner of the 2025 Veterans Roof Giveaway but the accolades that I have given in this review are honest and heartfelt.
