Introduction: Hey! So, I do things differently than most... I was personal trainer in person for years and I've developed an online training and health coaching format that improves on the shortcomings of in person training. This keeps cost down while allowing us to be in MORE frequent contact and most importantly –helps produce results quicker and more efficiently. In a nutshell, I create detailed 100% custom workout and nutrition plans and then we touch base multiple times per week to make sure everything is going as planned. We address habits, sleep, organization, and anything else that might affect your well-being. We're not confined to a couple appointments per week; I am always there. The cost listed is for one of my consultations (for purposes of sending quote) but there's no charge for the first one! I primarily work with clients on a monthly basis but also offer individual plans for those who are pretty far ahead already. I first contacted Ben over a year ago about his online Personal Training services. Ben responded very quickly and answered all the questions I asked of him. Well I let time past and never got back to him. Ben would shoot me an e-mail from time to time to see if I was ready to start training and would ask what my reservations were. My only real reservation was could I justify the cost, Ben assured me he could work within my budget and that he would help me get in the best shape of my life. Finally in October 2013 I reached out to Ben and started doing his online training. I must say he has been AWESOME to work with. He sends me workouts and answers all my questions in regards to the workouts. He also post meals on his facebook page that are quick and healthy to make. In December 2013 I had a family tradegy and fell out of my routine. Ben was very supportive and told me he would wait for me to get back to a point where I could get back on track. True to his word he did. I have lost almost 15 pounds (including a month where I did nothing) and couldn't be happier with the results I am getting. Ben is an extremely positive and easy going person who is also very humble. I highly recommend Ben for anyone who is looking for a trainer to assist them with their exercise goals.

For years, I've wanted to get in shape, eat better and work out more. I never thought I could afford a trainer, nor did I think I had the motivation or determination. My sister was working with Ben and asked if he would be interested, or willing, to do a group session. The "group" ended up being just my sister and I. We committed to 6 weeks of training back in October. Here it is, almost May, and we still train with him weekly. He is a true inspiration. He makes you WANT to work out and WANT to take better care of yourself. He is kind but tough. He definitely knows what he is doing and loves it. And as far as affordable......give him a call. He is more than reasonable. Thank you Ben for being the best trainer one could ask for.

Ben has been my personal trainer for over a year now and has definitely exceeded all of my expectations! I've worked with many different personal trainers and none of them could even come close to comparing to Ben. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness. Ben is a trainer that actually practices what he preaches. He always makes my workouts fun but also challenging. He knows how to keep me accountable and motivated during my workouts and with my nutrition. I know he genuinely cares about my progress and has influenced me tremendously to never give up and keep working on my nutrition and fitness goals. I lost 100 lbs with Ben's guidance and support. Working with Ben has been one of the best decisions I've ever made and I'm so thankful for everything he has done to help me gain happiness and health!

Ten months ago, when I decided to get off the couch and into a healthier lifestyle, I met Ben. I have worked with him one-on-one as well as in small group sessions. He is the most amazing personal trainer! He brings such integrity to the fitness community. His training technique isn’t to provide instant fixes. For him, it is about doing the right things to create solid, long-term physical achievements. He is serious about my health and fitness goals. Prior to every session, he asks how I am doing physically. He listens to what is going on with me to find the balance to the perfect workout. With his extensive knowledge in training and nutrition, he has helped me achieve a fitness level that I never thought possible when I started. I still have a lot of work to go but I am so fortunate to have Ben helping and encouraging me to those next levels.

I was a senior in high school when Ben became my personal trainer. I was overweight, unhappy and clueless as to where to start. My parents offered to get me a personal trainer and little did I know a few short months later I would be the happiest I've ever been. I met Ben and was skeptical to workout with a guy, I didn't want to "get bulkier" and I thought that's what was gonna happen. A few weeks later, I began to see weight fall off and my clothes getting bigger. Ben knew what worked for me and was always willing to modify but also was persistent in pushing me to always do another rep beyond what I thought I could do. He made working out fun. He checked in on me on off days, and showed me this wasn't just his "job" but he was passionate about his clients. He was interested in my life outside of the gym and always made our workout sessions personal by asking how my week was, school etc. He helped me become a better version of myself and helped me realize that working out really CAN be fun and I am forever thankful for that! Thank you Ben, for changing my life and for teaching me that I can do far more than I let myself believe I can!
