    Why didn't I do this sooner?
    Ben couldn't have made this experience any better. When I consulted with him I told him I needed a plan that was literally spelt out for me. I told him to write up something that was as clear as instructions to take care of someone's pet. He gave me exactly that. When and what to eat on what days, and my workouts were also so well explained I really had no second guessing as to what I needed to do. I am so happy I worked with Ben and wish I would have done so sooner. This was a great investment and what's better than investing in yourself.

    Ben was a great mentor.
    I highly recommend Ben as a personal trainer. He taught me many things that will help me with my health for the rest of my life.     First figure competition at age 55!
    Ben helped me train for my first figure competition. He gave me weekly workouts and nutrition goals. The bulk of our correspondence was done online which was nice to have in writing to go back and reference to. He tailored the program to me and got me to look the best I ever have. Ben is very encouraging and positive which I needed since I am very self-critical.

    Always there for me!
    Ben was my virtual trainer for about 6 months. After recovering from an injury that involved surgery Ben listened to my goals and developed a work out plan and eating plan to reach my goals. The workout plan included strength and cardio and took into consideration my restrictions from my surgery. At times things needed to be modified which Ben did quickly and always asked if things were working for me. I recently had to have yet another surgery but hope to be back with Ben ASAP!!

    I've been working with Ben for over 6 months and can say that he is the best trainer I've ever worked with. I do the online training and we also meet in person once per week. He's not only very professional and knowledgeable, but he's a really great person. The workouts are just the right level of difficulty and he makes them fun as well. I was recovering from ACL surgery and he was able to get me back into running. I think the nutrition part has been fantastic too- I have learned so much about eating right and losing weight. I've made amazing progress, but I still have more I'd like to change. I know that I will get there by continuing to work with Ben! I highly recommend him!!

    I first worked with Ben back in 2012 to prepare for my first physique competition. He was very professional and knowledgeable and a great motivator, keeping my spirits up at times when I felt like quitting. For those few months I worked with Ben, he helped to get me in the best shape of my life leading up to my show. It was a very rewarding experience and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to make a fit lifestyle change.

    I was a senior in high school when Ben became my personal trainer. I was overweight, unhappy and clueless as to where to start. My parents offered to get me a personal trainer and little did I know a few short months later I would be the happiest I've ever been. I met Ben and was skeptical to workout with a guy, I didn't want to "get bulkier" and I thought that's what was gonna happen. A few weeks later, I began to see weight fall off and my clothes getting bigger. Ben knew what worked for me and was always willing to modify but also was persistent in pushing me to always do another rep beyond what I thought I could do. He made working out fun. He checked in on me on off days, and showed me this wasn't just his "job" but he was passionate about his clients. He was interested in my life outside of the gym and always made our workout sessions personal by asking how my week was, school etc. He helped me become a better version of myself and helped me realize that working out really CAN be fun and I am forever thankful for that! Thank you Ben, for changing my life and for teaching me that I can do far more than I let myself believe I can!

    Ben was very professional through my screening process. I didn't want to pay for just any trainer, if I was going to pull the trigger I wanted someone with real credentials. Ben didn't stop with just an undergraduate degree but invested more in himself by obtaining a masters too. This stood out to me and I felt he was highly educated and I wanted a trainer who takes it seriously. I am so happy I decided to work with Ben and looking forward to progress we make at obtaining my fitness goals!!!

    Had a great experience working with Ben. He's a great professional and very nice person. I've got personal exercise plan, meal and nutrition plans.     With this being my first competition prep, I personally think that Ben is a wonderful coach. Prep has been going very well thanks to him! He is so knowledgeable and very thorough throughout each week. It seems like he truly cares about me and how my body responds to his program. If I'm not feeling well, or my body isn't responding well, he gets down to the nitty gritty and figures out what the problem could be. He really takes the time necessary to provide me with every little detail, information, help, etc. through his emails and text messages. He's very approachable and responds in a timely manner. Prep has been great with him and I highly recommend having him as your coach!!

    Where do I start. I'm a senior who had issues. Working with Ben for over 3 years dropped my Cholesterol almost a hundred points, no more Swelling in the knees from arthritis and dropped 40 lbs. Ben is very knowledgeable about health and physical limitations. He is kind considerate and very professional. He keeps me on tract with Nutrition and motivates me to push myself. I wouldnot be in this good of physical condition without Ben. If you are concerned about cost don't be. Your health is worth every penny and Ben will take care of you and make sure you reach your goals.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a session fee and a travel fee, which is obviously more or less depending on how far I travel. My sessions are 1 hour in length, which typically involves a 45-minute workout (including warmup, exercises, and stretching) and saves 15 minutes for whatever else we need to cover that day. My training is all-encompassing, so I like to save time to talk about nutrition, sleep, stress, family, personal issues, or whatever else is an important aspect of your overall wellness. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I maintain my Health Fitness Specialist certification through the American College of Sports Medicine by completing continuing education credits through a variety of means. I also do a lot of reading and I'm always learning through my experiences to best stay on top of latest trends & developments.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently helped one of my young (early 20s) female clients lose 100 pounds. I helped a guy train and diet for his first ever bodybuilding show. I also recently helped an older (early 60s) client lower her total cholesterol almost 100. I'm very proud of all of their efforts in making these tremendous things happen.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your due diligence. There are a lot of uneducated and unaccredited trainers out there. When you're dealing with your health and your safety, it's important to make absolute sure you're dealing with a true professional.
