Marta fixed my work laptop!! I work from home and am self employed. My laptop is my lifeline, keeping all of my client’s files and projects. I wasn’t even fully sure what was wrong when I took my laptop to the store to get the problem diagnosed. I was desperate to find someone to help me without needing to send my laptop out for 4-6 weeks, like the store had estimated. Marta was able to figure out the problem within a few minutes. Her expertise and professionalism showed through as her problem solving was efficient and systematic.
