I offer veteran, first responder and teacher discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually my process starts with a phone call from the client. I ask for some details on the home, if you're looking for just a home inspection or if you'd like some added services that I offer. From there we work on finding a time that works for them and their realtor to have the inspection. I try my best to accommodate my clients schedule the best I can and I do this by offering inspections 7 days a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified by the International Association for Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi). Through this organization I must maintain continuation education to keep my membership. I'm also licensed by the state of Ohio for wood destroying insect inspections and radon inspections.
