We hired Zach to power wash our house, which we had never had done before. He reached out via text and would respond almost immediately, so communication was very easy. I reached out on a Saturday and he was able to get the job done the following Wednesday. He arrived about 10 min early that morning, so we were able to walk around the house with him before we had to leave for work to show him around and point out areas of concern; he was able to tell us what he would be able to do while giving us realistic expectations for some areas. He took his time and was able to get the job done in about 4 hours. He immediately sent me pictures and informed me about areas he was not able to get completely clean due to the permanent staining that has accumulated over the years. He also let us know he took down 4 bees nests from our house 😬 and he got stung once - which shows his dedication for his service 😅 Even after the job was done, he continued to answer any questions that I had - it is clear that he is very knowledgable on the subject. I later noticed that there was a section of our chimney that looked like it hadn't been washed - I let him know and he immediately apologized and said he would make a trip out the next day to get that part done - and he did! Mind you he lives at least 45 min away, so the fact that he was willing to make the drive back so quickly means a lot. Although through this process we learned that there were areas of our house that we would never be able to get perfectly clean, overall the areas that were able to be cleaned made the world of a difference. We would definitely hire Zach in the future when we are due for another power wash, and we would definitely recommend his company for your powerwashing needs!

I sent an inquiry out on a Friday regarding powerwashing for my house as my HOA had requested that we get that completed. I was annoyed at the HOA's request, but after Zach completed the powerwashing on our house, our exterior looked new and refreshed. I could see why the HOA requested that we get the house powerwashed once Zach showed us the before and after photos.
But anyways, Zach reached out to me on Sunday and was able to provide me with a final quote and was accommodating to my schedule and availability. He confirmed an appointment for the following day and arrived on time to get everything started. He was very professional, moved my planters for me and even took the time to assure my front door wreath was moved inside, and put everything back in place (nicer than I had it to begin with) before leaving. Zach took the time to walk around the house and explain everything he did and show me the areas of potential concern for the future along with explanations for areas that did not look perfect as they were stained decorative plastic or aluminum pieces and no amount of powerwashing could fix it.
I would absolutely recommend G&Z's power washing to anyone looking for powerwashing services. You will not be disappointed.

Zach was very thorough, careful and professional doing our back patio and front sidewalk. He was on time and had the proper equipment to complete the project. He moved all items and replaced. He is a young man who takes his work seriously and got excellent results for us. I hope he shares the before and after pictures. We are thrilled with the value provided!
