- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair with my pricing. I usually require money up front for materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and go over what the homeowner needs or wants done. Create a game plan from start to finish on how it will be done, and then go over it with the homeowner in detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Vinyl Siding Institute certified installer.
