Hired to repair cedar siding damaged by woodpeckers and carpenter bees as well as dry rot damage. Responded quickly to my request and started on the work immediately. I'm happy with the work.
I had an excellent experience! I hired William to re-caulk my bathroom and shower after a local “handyman” did an awful job. As a perfectionist myself I appreciated that William was the same. He arrived timely, was very friendly and professional, and, most importantly, he did quality work. He also took the time to explain to me what he did. I am looking forward to hiring William again in the future.
Jack did a nice job replacing a broken pane of glass in my interior door. It turned out to be more expensive than I originally planned because the door was original to the house and I wanted to keep it. Also I opted for safety glass as opposed to the thin "cheap" decorative glass that was in the door. I know it turned out to be a bigger job than what we both expected but Jack did a good job and didn't upcharge me for the work. What's even better...he picked up the door and dropped it off when it was complete. He's an honest and fair business man.
Mike from M&L helped us re-work our mantel and we couldn't be happier with the result! He gave suggestions of things he thought might work better and ways to save money by doing some of the work ourselves. He's really a great woodworker and generally a hard worker I'd recommend to others! Price seemed fair for the work and expertise.
David was such a pleasure to work with. I gave him some inspiration and described our wants and needs, and he was able to fully deliver on the end result. The craftsmanship was fantastic, and the process was just a breath of fresh air after dealing with contractors in the past. Very communicative, gets the job done well, and I would highly recommend David and his team for your next job.
Sam was very personable and willing to go the extra mile to be sure we were happy with the woodworking project he did. We will look forward to working with him in the future.
I requested Drywall estimate for a ceiling removal in the kitchen (old drop ceiling with the plastic sheets for Florescent lighting ) . Kelsha responded quickly and personnaly showed up to introduce himself. I quickly realized Kelsha was more than just drywall contractor. His work and helper were there when they said and performed perfect in removal of many parts of the home I was remodeling. We did total bathroom remodel as well as walls removed throughout the home. They cleaned up everyday they were on the job and never had to question anything. Kelsha was so talented in Finished Trim, Drywall, and general construction all the stress of the multiple projects in the home Kelsha performed always in a professional way. Always was the early man on the job and kept in touch thruout with other trades to cordinate the work load . Kelsha would constantly call to inform me of progress and what I needed to purchase to keep the flow moving forward. I forgot to mention his ability in framing walls whenever needed which I found myself needing during the remodel. We added and removed multiple walls and Kelsha finish work made them all look as if they never happened. I strongly recommend Kelsha Speedlimit Construction for all your drywall , framing and finish Carpentry jobs. Small or large you will be happy with Kelsha on the job.
Jim did an outstanding job! I was very impressed when we met to review my project, and even more so by the end result. The estimate Jim had for wood was SPOT ON. The remaining pieces of wood fit in the palm of 1 end. His projections for the project were perfect and used in full. Jim offered ways for me to SAVE money by offering different construction options, educating me along the way! I will absolutely use Jim again in the future.
I purchased. Condo that required an extensive renovation. There were holes in the walls, flooring needed replaced, I hated the maple woodwork. I contacted Mike Lester of TC Company and after sitting down with him explaining my vision and budget constraints, they got down to business. I absolutely love the transformation. The professionalism each member of his team showed was impressive. The next time I need something done, I will definitely use your services.

I mostly enjoy turning old, outdated rooms into custom works of art through cabinets, bookshelves, trim, and molding. I also side and roof houses and lay hardwood floors. I install cabinets and furniture, trim work, and other remodeling. I have been working in custom woodworking for 6 years and grew up around building trades. I can also build custom furniture if it is small. I have a small shop and would like to expand in the future to be able to build larger projects.
