I found this company through Angies list when I had an emergency roof repair. They came out and fixed our problem, it took 2 trips to stop the leak. When we were paying the person who worked there, we asked for an estimate to repair and enclose our porch and I made the mistake of hiring them on spot and made a down payment. They came out and measured everything and told us things were ordered.All this started in May. After many complaints to the company they sent someone on the week of July 4th. He tore the old porch off. We were hopeful something would be done. Some time in September I heard from someone at the company who actually cared about the customer, Jenna. I feel she is the only reason this job was done right. The first person who came to fix our rear roof apparently pocketed the money for that job. Jenna made sure to keep me posted, the job was completed in November. With Jennas watchful eye, the standard of the work was reliable. When ice clogged everything it leaked and the repair was made as soon as it was possible. The workers Mike and Adam were great too. I would not hire the company again unless Jenna was there.

Thanks for doing such a great job with the project on our home. Your team is incredible from the first person I your sales manager Shane approached me and alerted to the wind damage I had on my roof. I wasnt aware that my roof was in need of repair. We pursued by filing an insurance claim though my home owners insurance Shane was there walked me through the process and that he took care of everything with insurance company. He got our entire roof replaced with a new one and a lifetime warranty. Not only did he get us a roof but our gutters guards , were all included in the claim, which was a $3,500 bonus we didnt expect. Since we received such a wonderful deal on all of that we decided to purchase siding from him to completely update and change the look of our home. We went through the financing they offer it was a simple process Shane walked us right through it and we finished the project from top to bottom our home looks completely amazing. Thanks to the entire Total Exterior Systems team for their hard work, vision, and dedication. We now have the home of our dreams and couldnt be happier. I would most definitely recommend the TES team to all of my friends and family.

We had Total Exterior Systems, Inc replace siding on our home due to wind damage suffered earlier this year. The company was very easy to work with in terms of getting everything lined up with my insurance company, helping us develop a plan, helping us in choosing the siding and getting the work done. It was still technically Winter when this work was being done so they had to bob and weave with the weather, but it was a smooth process and the house looks great. We even sustained some further damage upon another wind storm on a Sunday in an area that they were still working on and they came on within two hours of us notifying them on a Sunday to patch it all back up. Very satisfied with Total Exterior Systems, Inc.
