I have my prices listed on my website. I offer both flat rate and hourly depending on the issue.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by supporting my college as I went to school. I then decided I really enjoyed IT, and started working for a local computer shop. I was promoted to a network support position and over time, move along with my carrier. I now support 500+ users at multiple locations at my day job. I have been in IT for over 15 years! Thubtack offers me the opportunity to offer my skills to people who really need it at an affordable price.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common calls are to fix non-booting systems due to virus / spyware issues. Some issues just require offering my clients a simple and cost effective options to prevent future issues as well. I try to be both a service professional, but also an teacher.
