FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all jobs are different there is no standard but we do have a base. We use software that all major insurance companies use and we use that as our base. Then we adjust from there. We are very competitive in the marketplace. We won't be the cheapest but we definitely will not be the most expensive. We strive to provide the perfect mix of value and satisfaction without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to reach out right away and get an accurate description of the job at hand, whether it be by email, phone or text. If you could provide us with your preferred method we would appreciate it. Our second step is to come have a face to face meeting to meet you and see the job. There are some jobs we will be unable to accommodate for one reason or another, it is our goal to let you know as soon as possible if we are not able. We know all time is valuable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed in Columbus, OH who does the most verification in the state for contractors, license carries to all other cities in Ohio. Registered with major cities.
