He was thorough in his inspection, and did a great job walking us through his findings. Answering questions and explaining what things ment moving forward.
He was also so flexible and understanding through scheduling changes. Would definitely hire again!

David was excellent! Used a drone to look at our roof, took many photos to show us what needed to be done both inside and outside our home. I would recommend David to everyone and anyone. Using his services was a great decision for us.

Very happy with our experience, David was very professional and thorough. We had inspectors that missed things in the past, but David pointed some issues out to us that the realtor failed to disclose and we were able to negotiate for the seller to fix them before we got ourselves into a money pit. Highly recommend!
