What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we offer first access what the customer's vision is for their landscape. We then look over the property and provide a free proposal which itemizes out our suggestions and customer requests. We then talk with the customer about what items would best fit their budget and vision and move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has many experienced landscapers. Our owner Brad Lorenz has been running the company for 9 years. Brad Lorenz received his bachelors at the University of Cincinnati. All of our employees average 3 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owner Brad Lorenz started out by push mowing 4 lawns during high school. Through the help of great customers and customer referrals, Lorenz Lawn & Landscape was born. Brad was able to offer more and more services as he became more experienced.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both Residential and Commercial clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend to a customer looking to hire a landscaping company to not decide which company to use based upon price. Many customers get multiple bids and choose the cheapest provider. Many of our customers use us because of the quality and customer service we provide, not because we are the cheapest. One of our core values is to take the "Worry" out of hiring a landscaper. We do this by hiring only people of high character, providing exceptional customer service and by never cutting corners.
