My experience working with Dave Miller was outstanding. He was very helpful in helping plan a spectacular menu for a surprise birthday party I threw for my husband. Chef Dave is AMAZING! He prepared meals for our family for an entire week. Delivery was right on time. I really appreciate how he took the time to explain how to properly heat up all the meals. HIS SALMON WAS AWESOME!!!!! I was also very impressed with the sauces and the overall quality of the food. We will continue to use Chef Dave services over and over again.

We found Chef Dave on the internet to cook a sit down dinner for a 40th birthday party. He was so easy to work with during the planning, but most of all, he took our ideas and our theme for the party and created a fabulous menu that featured an amazing three course menu. Chef Dave's positive attitude and creative ideas made planning the menu fun and relaxing. He was very responsive and accountable right up to the party date and his menu was fabulous. I would highly recommend working with Dave!

Chef Dave prepared a 4 Course seafood dinner for our my wife and I. The occasion was our 43rd wedding anniversary. Course 1 was Oysters Rockefeller; Course 2 was sautéed shrimp in a white cream sauce; Course 3 was crab cakes with Carolyn shrimp and avocado mousse; Course 4 was teriyaki scallops with ginger purée and fries risotto. The crap cake and shrimp, and scallops were very nicely sized potions. Chef Dave's preparation was planned very well which was reflected in the great taste of each course. It was a truly unique dining experience.

Quick, efficiency, and professional accompanied by delicious, healthy meals created in short notice and delivered hot and on schedule as promised to help my parents during their health crisis is beyond my expectation in todays work world. I am impressed with Daves thoughtfulness and courtesy extended to my parents. I would like to compliment Dave for his talent and cooking ability to meet my parents many food restriction needs and thank him for his creativity resulting that my parents truly enjoyed his food. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service is simple for my clients. I charge an hourly rate plus food. Nothing complicated. I try to buy smart for my clients so there isn't much waste. I create a pantry for my clients and buy in bulk when possible to last them longer just like you would buy for your family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking at food trends and researching new recipes. I try to create new scratch recipes on a weekly basis.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have cooked and been fascinated with the food industry since a child. I would come home from football practice and watch an episode of Julia Child to learn about cooking.
