I started working with Adam almost 10 months ago. At first I just wanted to concentrate on my nutrition and not work out because it was something I was so insecure about. Adam was great and he listened to what I needed to do at that time. He created a great program for me to get my nutrition on track while also providing me with documentaries to watch and books to read to better my knowledge on the subject! Adam checks in with me very consistently to see how I’m doing and makes changes to my macros weekly. He honored me by letting me just stick with nutrition for a while but still continued to educate me on the benefits of adding workouts to my program because he knew that’s what I needed in the long run! Turns out he was more than right! I started working out about 8weeks ago and I can’t believe I waited this long to feel this good! I workout with Adam a few times a week and he pushes me and challenges me in the best way possible. I couldn’t be more grateful for all he has done to change my life. So far I’m down 88lbs, 47 inches and 8% body fat! I can’t wait to see what this next year brings!

My current fitness goal is to build muscle and I have worked with Adam over the last 3 months to help reach this goal. I have noticed huge improvements in my upper body strength which is admittedly my weakest area. I also lost about 2 inches off of my waist and have noticed an overall increase in muscle tone. Definitely pleased with my results thus far and I look forward to continuing my work with Adam.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is based on 30 or 60 minute sessions. Discounts are added depending on how many sessions are purchased in advance.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I usually do a free consultation to discuss health and fitness goals and needs. I do a complete body composition analysis along with muscle measurements for tracking progress. From this data I create a custom workout and macro plan for each Individual.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified with ISSA in Personal Training and Nutrition. Formally Certified with NASM. Several years of coaching from ages 8-18.
