I had been out of the gym for awhile. I needed a personal trainer to develop a plan that would fit my needs. As I gained strength and built endurance Adam modified my workout plan to include different exercises for days I planned to be in the gym on my own. I've come a long way since I met Adam. Coming from the opposite end of the spectrum as most others, I was malnourished and severely underweight. In the 2 months that I've been working with Adam, I've gained 14lbs of combined muscle mass/body fat and gained in overall inches. This is the healthiest I've felt in my entire life and I owe it all to him. He has pushed me to make gains that I never thought were possible. This goes to show that he can work with all types of people, and design custom made plans to reach goals that are unique/specific to each individual. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on 30 or 60 minute sessions. Discounts are added depending on how many sessions are purchased in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually do a free consultation to discuss health and fitness goals and needs. I do a complete body composition analysis along with muscle measurements for tracking progress. From this data I create a custom workout and macro plan for each Individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified with ISSA in Personal Training and Nutrition. Formally Certified with NASM. Several years of coaching from ages 8-18.
