They were great! Came out quickly and did very good work. I needed my main water valve replaced and they did a great job with it.
Mr. Fraley did an excellent job repairing our main plumbing stack in the basement. We are having him back next week for other jobs because he was so good. He is honest, smart, and reasonable!
Very good experience; the guy who came out actually talked directly to me, and explained the process. He seemed genuinely concerned that he not only do a good job, but that the job be affordable. I have another repair that needs attention and I will definitely be calling again!
Bottom line, Mr. Napier is an old-school repair man. No frills, no overhead, no travel fee. Just a flat rate per hour for what you need fixed, he will repair it. For my repairs I needed items fixed like a leaky shower faucet and leaky toilet shutoff valve, hardwiring a dishwasher into a non-plug-in connection, and laying adhesive tiles in a bathroom. After Mr. Napier arrived and assessed the specific materials needed, he made a list for me of the necessary parts and materials, so he proceeded to work on some of the fixes while I went to Lowe's. As he worked, he even explained how certain parts become non-functioning over time and what to watch out for to save yourself some money in replacing them. If you are not a handy kind of person at all and don’t know much about various home improvement materials and parts, it would be best that Mr. Napier first go with you to the home improvement store together and purchase the necessary materials so all of your repairs can be worked on straight through. I would hire Mr. Napier again.
I hired Ed to Replace Water Heater. Ed provided prompt responses on correspondence, very accommodating with and worked thru scheduling times with me and provided assistance with my questions on purchasing the water heater. I am beyond pleased with the service and overall experience Ed provided. I have had several small projects I've been putting off or possibly attempting to do myself but now that I've worked with Ed I am now planning on hiring him to do these as well.
David installed a new water heater at my house. He was very professional. I will use his services again on my future projects.
We had a blockage problem with kitchen sink drain . Dave responded right away and within 40 min. he showed up. He gave us estimates on the spot with two possible causes. It turned out the drain needed a thorough and long cleaning. But he is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he worked very efficiently with cautions to be as clean as possible. He not only cleaned the blockage but flushed the entire drain with clean water to prevent further problem. And his charge was quite reasonable for what he did (it was after 5 PM but he didn't charge for extra) Besides of all, he is very kind and gave us a detailed instruction to prevent this problem. we are very pleased with his work and definitely we recommend him to our friends.
I asked Jarrod to install a Kenmore water softener in my new home. He was professional and very nice when he arrived. He was able to accomplish what I wanted and showed me the work when he was finished. He even ran through some of the features of the softener. If I'm ever in need of work in the future, I'll be giving him a call and recommending him to friends and family.
I would recommend this company to anybody needing plumbing repair. Honest, reliable and affordable. Will definitely call again.
After a few quotes we decided to go with KNOC Construction. We are glad we did! First off, KNOC Construction was $400 cheaper than all of the other quotes. Noah and his crew, were here bright and early every morning, and were ready to work. They were friendly and professional. KNOC Construction went the extra mile and kept a clean work area. They cleaned up all of the drywall dust everyday because we have a baby in the house. KNOC Construction completed our entire basement in a timely manner. Also, during the renovation we had a pipe bust and begin spraying water everywhere. Noah, without hesitation, took time out of his schedule and fixed it within the hour. If you are looking for a company that will do your job fast, cheap, and accurate choose KNOC Construction. We love our new basement!
On time. Went right to work. Took pictures of pipes in need of repair before and after. Price was just over what expected but had them did up septic to see if full in need of pumping since we also were having clog problems. Highly satisfied. Came early enough to get both jobs done same day and back to work. Thank you woohoo much.
Service to clean a main house drain was quick at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Grenside Plumbing .
These guys were really good. They added a second water spigot outside of our house and also replaced the existing one due to some issues we were experiencing. A few other estimates were received from the big corporations and our choice was a no brainer - both price and knowledge. I will be keeping these guys on speed dial.
Mike was responsive very punctual and professional. He installed a hot water heater that was leaking onto my hardwood floors. His quality of work was very professional and I would definitely recommend his services and would not hesitate to call him again for good quality service.
Windows cleaned external and interior, including frames, well done. Painted a ceiling, proactively used treatments to stains first, still working on two small repair patches, happy to do any small or large task, was able to come within the week required.
The guys did a great job on the repair, felt like the price was right and quality of work was as well. Would recommend.
I was introduced to John Corry by Randy Best, one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Columbus, which says a lot about John's dependability. I acquired a 24 unit building in South Columbus and John was there to help me rehab each unit one by one. He also did a great deal of welding work on a series of exterior steel porches that needed extensive repairs. John can pretty much do anything including HVAC, plumbing and electric as well as general handyman work, and he does it well and for a reasonable price. One of his greatest assets is that I can trust him to go in and quote a project, send me before and after pictures, and get it down in a reasonable amount of time, all while I am out of state, which says a lot about his trustworthiness and reliability.
Clint quickly figured out the problem with our furnace, ordered the part and installed it at a fair price. I look forward to having a Pure water solutions system put in to replace our current water softener so that not only will we have soft water, but clean drinking water right out of the faucet never to buy bottled water again!
When Centex built our home in 2003, they went cheap and instead of using a pipe that fit, they soldered extensively behind the wall to our shower to make the pipes fit. When we went to replace the leaking shower head, we found this issue. The soldering had broke and needed to be repaired. We hired, after hiring several other contractors, Blessed, to come fix the issue. I corresponded with April, the owner, and arranged for the service. Bill called about 30 minutes out and arrived on time. I showed the Bill the problem, and he immediately knew what was the issue and how to fix it. I am currently on crutches so I was hesitant as I could not get in and out of the basement to turn off the water. Not needed. Bill was able to remove the old soldering, install a coupling, etc - and do all that plumbing stuff that I have no clue how to do. Long story short, he was done in about an hour and the cost was $25 less than he had quoted. He advised what small items we needed to do ourselves (he could have, but I asked if we could finish this part) to get the shower working - install face plate, and handle, etc. Note, others had given me estimates of a low of $500 up to over $1K. We found Blessed Plumbing also on the Blue Pages (Christian yellow pages) and were very confident with his work. He even gave some other suggestions on issues we were having (water hammer) and offered some maintenance advice on our aging sump pump. I enjoyed my encounter with this company and would not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing problem we encounter. It is hard and rare to find honest people/contractors.
