Tony was fantastic. I had been dreading this project for so many reasons but he made it a positive experience.
From the extremely prompt reply when I first started looking for someone to replace my floor, to the easy scheduling and most importantly the high quality workmanship.
Tony replaced damaged subfloor, put in new flooring and replaced the toilet and now it feels like a whole new bathroom. He completed the work a week ago and I still have zero complaints. I would hire Cultivated Properties again without hesitation!

Always on time, never leave the job until its complete. Absolutely beautiful work eveytime we do business. Installed my windows throughout the whole house,
