Introduction: Hello, my name is Zoey and I am a certified Day of Wedding Coordinator! I am here to help make your day run smoothly on a cost-effective budget! Here's how things usually work with me but it is after all YOUR DAY so we can design my services to fit your needs! Typically, as the wedding day approaches, we construct a detailed timeline and run of shows for the day of the wedding, confirm and manage all wedding vendors, and I become their point of contact for the day. I monitor and set up the wedding details, organize the bridal party and family for the ceremony as well as do damage control for anything that might come up on the day of the wedding. I can also handle set up/tear down and all your decorating needs, I want to bring your vision to life! Think of the day of coordinators as your own personal wedding day ninja! I hired Zoey for my October 2021 wedding and I absolutely loved working with her. Zoey is there for you every step of the way, super accommodating, and goes out of her way to make sure you get everything you want from your big day. She also has some fabulous ideas, a creative eye, and can pivot on a dime! My wedding was supposed to be outside, but since the weather didn't cooperate we had to move it inside just 24 hours beforehand. Zoey was so helpful in making that transition work smoothly. She will also be your advocate! When there was a minor issue with one of my vendors, she stepped in and took care of it. Zoey is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone for your Day of Coordination. I'm going to miss working with her! I felt like I gained a friend!

Zoey was absolutely what we needed! She helped create and plan the details of my daughters wedding day! She made the day easy for us. She made sure all the details we wanted we set up and that we did not have to worry about things on the special day! She made sure the day ran smoothe and timely. We hired Zoey for our June 2021 wedding and we would highly recommend her!! We had an outdoor wedding at my parents house so we wanted to find an event coordinator to make the day run successfully and smoothly. I found Zoey a little over a month before the wedding and I was so happy she was available! She was very thorough, organized and pleasant to work with. Her attention to detail is impeccable and was very much appreciated. She was very helpful and took the lead in working with the photographers, videographer and the DJ. She was open to help with whatever needed done even if it wasn't something we talked about previously. I would highly recommend her to make your day stress free!

Your Day Coordination was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired Zoey as a day-cooridnator for my reception. She was organized and willing to help in any way she possibly could. She responded in a timely manner when we were in contact before my wedding, and the day went so smoothly because of her flexibility and drive to make my reception amazing! I felt zero stress that evening knowing if something went wrong I had a strong coordinator in my corner to fix it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is custom by the event! Pricing is based on guest count, your needs, time-frame etc. I try my best to be fair and affordable!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, reach out or shoot me an email, Second we will set up a phone consultation and make sure we are a good fit for each other and go over your what you are looking for, from there it just depends what your services require! I like to keep open communication with your up until your special day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in business and have been planning events for 5 years! I also have taken multiple days of wedding planning courses.
