I hired Tim to fix the very old plumbing in a very old bathroom in my very old home built in 1920. Even thought the plumbing coming from the wall was outdated, he was able to update, repair and replace everthing that needed to be done; sink, tub faucet/shower and toilet. The work took aroung 6 hours and wound up saving me over $150 a month on my water bill. I found Tim to be very thurough, professional and well experienced for the job. He also, free of charge, modified the stair railings for our daughter who is disabled. She can now manuver up and down two flights of stairs freely. That small act of kindness toward my daughter gave her an independence that only a parent with a disabled child could understand and appriciate. I shall be hiring him in the near future for more revamping of our home and for the restaurant business my husband and I are opening
