- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer competitive rates. we also offer discounts to all veterans police officers ems and firemen!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we come out and do a free in home estimate to assess the project and give a fair price. for larger projects and remodels we have the client sit down with our interior designer to review and go over design ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my parents have been in the industry all their lives my father a union carpenter for 35 years and my mother a project manager for 25+ years. i have been exposed to the industry since a very young age. i started carpentry around 12 years ago building sheds and remodeling with my father as a teenager and have been in the industry ever since.
