We hired Grant Construction to replace floors in our laundry room and bathroom. What appeared to be an easy fix in the beginning soon became a lot more as we uncovered substantial damage under the floors. Kevin and his crew were knowledgeable and talked me through everything they found, what we would need to do to correct it, and what the new cost would be. They were polite, professional, did a great job, and were very reasonable with pricing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.
