- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to them. Give them a description of the problem, know the make of the unit. Get a feel of whether you would be comfortable with them in your home. It is your castle and you determine who is welcome. Most servicers have some basic training, but not all appliances are repairable, nor are they all worth repairing.
