- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent on the job and the budget. being a small business, i can work with a budget ( Big or Small )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer and what they expect. I never request money up front. I always stay in contact with customer as plans may change on design somewhere in the job. I also plan a final walk through with the customer to ensure the job is done to the utmost satisfaction. Once job is completed and customer is satisfied then we collect money on a job well done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for many years.Starting back when i was a kid helping my uncle and Step Dad.At 13, I helped my Step Dad and other Church members build our church in Eastview, TN from the ground up.
