- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for our military and first responders and show of appreciation. All of pricing reflects our high quality of work but at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we send out an estimate the customer approves the estimate online. Once that is completed we send a link to enter there credit card information which is completely secure. After that we show up weekly or bi-weekly and charge after service is completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been in this industry for close to a decade. I’ve recently just started my own business after doing extensive research.
