When he showed up, his work was fantastic. Clean, efficient and looked great. But he never kept in contact for delays or missed days. I am well into my fourth week since his last visit and the lawn is a mess. I have had to keep calling/texting him to find out what the delay is. He said (again) that I was first on his list today, but when I got home, the lawn was still in bad shape. I am expecting someone who can communicate with me when schedules change and maintain a scheduled rotation and show up to do the job without prompting or supervision.
