I worked for Deep Fork group for 10 years and Good Egg Dining group for 4 years. I was executive chef for both of those companies. Now I have embarked on a new venture, launching my own catering business. I’ve done many private catering parties. Ranging from hors d’oeuvres to dinner Buffet. Absolutely fantastic experience with Quels Kitchen! From start to finish, they exceeded all our expectations for our event. The planning process was seamless; their team was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs.
On the day of the event, the presentation of the food was stunning, and the flavors were out of this world! Each dish was beautifully crafted and tasted amazing. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the everything.
The staff was professional and friendly, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They even accommodated some last-minute dietary requests without any hassle.
