I was very impressed that Mr. Davis was so professional and did not just tell me what I wanted to hear. He was very thorough and seemed to really care about the customers needs. Thank you Above and Beyond and I hope we will be doing business with you in the near future.After having Above and Beyond come and do an estimate for me, I called them back and they scheduled an appointment for the very next day to come and install a new unit. I was so elated to get this taken care of in such a timely manner. The technicians that came out to do the install were very knowledgeable about the unit and they way it worked. The job was done in one day and now am COOL again. I appreciate all that this company has done and the way they performed. Thank you Above and beyond, I will recommend you to everyone that I know that needs your services.I called Above and Beyond to come and look at my A/C because it was not getting cool. I called and they sent a tech out the very next morning. He was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He was able to get me going and show me how to work my thermostat from my phone. I am very pleased with Jason's work and hope I don't have any more problems but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Above and Beyond becuase I love working with the. A HUGE THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO TO KEEP US COOL!

GROWERS BEWARE!!!I had this company come out to service my 24,000 btu office mini split. The unit wasnt getting nearly cold enough. I was informed there might be air in the line. So they recommended that they re vacuum the lines and put new Freon in the lines. (Remember this is only a small 24,000 btu unit.) The manager called me back and said it would cost $800 plus the $150 for the diagnostic. This is completely ridiculous. I have had new Freon installed in several of my houses with much larger compressors for only $300.. This is clearly over charging because we are a Medical Marijuana Grower.Dont waist your money with someone who is obviously trying to take advantage of you.

Mr. Potts, first of all your review is misleading and false. The unit at your building was installed without any permits or inspections by the City of Edmond. Additionally, your unit was not cooling in any manner. This was not to just vacuum out lines and charge with Freon. The biggest issue was with wiring to a unit that would not start. There was a charge to repair that wiring. Then we needed to recover the Freon inside the unit, pressure test the system to be sure there were no leaks that might have caused this issue in the first place, then evacuate the system and charge with Freon. For the amount of labor and materials this was more than fair. As you were told, if the wiring took 30 minutes or 4 hours to fix it was all covered under our flat rate. Same with the Freon issues. Your decision to have someone install the unit from Texas and not start the unit and ensure it was running causes this problem, not our pricing.
