- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. Each project requires different tools and different materials. I try to bid just labor but if I do need to include materials I don't mark them up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To explain to them exactly how I plan to fix their problem. Exchange ideas with the client on
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I educated myself to get insurance and am covered up to 100k
