- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive and typically lower than most inspection companies that have completed over 1500 inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing date and time of the inspection the buyer will receive an email containing the Pre-inspection agreement as required from the State of Arizona and a copy of the Standards of Practice that identifies the scope and purpose of the home inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked construction during college to help pay for my tuition and received a degree in Science. Later completed 300 educational hours in home inspections from the American Home Inspectors Training Institute, Ltd. Completed 30 parallel inspections with a certified Arizona home inspector, passed the National Home Inspectors examine, was awarded a home inspectors licence from the State of Arizona in 2013.
