Gabriel was able to complete my inspection very soon after inquiring about his availability and did a very thorough inspection. He explained everything in detail with a detailed report and pictures for documentation and I would highly highly recommend his services!!!

Gabe was fabulous, he was very thorough, he answered my questions and looked at everything and gave an honest, knowledgable, and professional report, as I am not that familiar with homes or purchasing homes he was outstanding at answering my questions regarding some of the structure and things he found. I would highly recommend him for your home purchase inspection.

Gabriel was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and why. After he had completed the inspection he walked me through everything, outside to inside. We then received a very comprehensive report, pictures, explanations, urgency ect. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again Gabriel.

Gabriel came out for an inspection on a house we're purchasing. He was on time, professional, and went right to work. He had no problem answering little questions as he went along, and he gave a through walk through at the end. He eased my concerns about some things I'd noticed and drew my attention to issues I wouldn't have found until we moved in. I would definitely recommend his team.

Yes! We are constantly adding certifications through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common job is a home inspection for a buyer under contract to purchase a home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your inspector is concerned about staying current on standards (we are constantly completing continuing education courses through InterNACHI) and ask exactly what their price includes (our price quote covers everything, no surprises or up-charges at the inspection). Also, make sure your inspector is willing to listen to your concerns, and answer them to your satisfaction (we do!).
