- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices of the services I offered are the following: Initial session (one time), 1.5 hour session : $60.00 Follow-up, 1 hr session: $50.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach concentrates in providing the tools necessary for you to learn how to modify your lifestyle, which as a consequence, will help you prevent chronic diseases. This is a long term transformation and you will be guided to make changes to your diet and lifestyle that complement you. In our first session we will (1.5 hr) - Discuss your main nutrition concerns and /or goals - Complete a nutrition and wellness questionnaire - Complete the counseling service agreement form - You will take home a Food Diary (revised on follow ups) - Set up an appointment for follow up Follow-Up (1 hr) (varies according to clients goals): - I will provide nutrition education - Evaluation of goals, food diary etc. - Discuss any concerns - We will be working together to reach your goal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from University of Central Oklahoma with a Masters of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Management. I completed a dietetic Internship at Mercy Hospital. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and volunteer as a translator for the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank nutrition education program.
