- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I send out invoices on the 15th of every month and they are due on the 1st. I do offer a referral discount where for every new student that signs up and mentions you on their sign up sheet, you get a free lesson on the next invoice cycle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new students, my goal is to make the process as smooth as possible. Once you have decided to take lessons with me, I send you a short form to fill out and we choose your lesson date and time for your first lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing piano for over 12 years. I have studied music theory and various instruments throughout my life, including clarinet, bassoon, guitar, drums, cello, saxophone, and more. I have dedicated my life to music and I am always looking for new ways to grow as a musician.
