- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I send out invoices on the 15th of every month and they are due on the 1st. I do offer a referral discount where for every new student that signs up and mentions you on their sign up sheet, you get a free lesson on the next invoice cycle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new students, my goal is to make the process as smooth as possible. Once you have decided to take lessons with me, I send you a short form to fill out and we choose your lesson date and time for your first lesson. You will then receive an invoice for your first lesson that is due before it starts, then if there are still more lessons that will happen before the next invoice cycle, you receive another invoice after your lesson with a chosen due date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing piano for over 12 years. I have studied music theory and various instruments throughout my life, including clarinet, bassoon, guitar, drums, cello, saxophone, and more. I have dedicated my life to music and I am always looking for new ways to grow as a musician.
