What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per sqft and the layout of the project. Some projects are easier and harder than others. I always do my best to price accordingly and give you the fairest price. I will always walk through my reasoning and have open communication
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have our intro call where we learn what they want to have done. Then I come out and give them a free quote. Then we pick a day to come out and we arrive 15 minutes early and go above and beyond what is asked to make sure the customer has an amazing experience
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got a degree in entrepreneurship and have been running this business for 10 years! I am continually learning about pressure washing and how to bring more value to my services
