- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers, my services are typically covered (at least in part) by the seller’s side of the transaction. I do offer retainer credits at closing depending on the situation. For rental clients, fees are case-by-case depending on the search scope and urgency. For sellers, I offer competitive commission structures as well as flexible listing packages depending on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short consultation to understand your goals, budget, and timeline. Then I create a clear game plan tailored to whether you’re buying, selling, or searching for a rental. I connect you with trusted lenders or resources, set up customized searches, schedule showings, help analyze each property, and guide you through inspections, negotiations, and closing. You’ll always know the next step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed REALTOR® in Oklahoma with ongoing continuing education in Oklahoma real estate law, contracts, negotiation strategies, fair housing, and specialty programs such as Section 184 Native American loans. I also work closely with local title companies, lenders, credit specialists, and inspectors to stay current on market changes and industry standards.
