- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to compare apples to apples. Our tried and true method of cleaning is simple. We use the best chemicals, with the best suction and the hottest water. Those three elements is what it takes to clean carpets. Our truck-mounted equipment provides just that. Many carpet cleaners go cheap on chemicals or even use equipment that is inferior to a thorough hot water extraction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to find out what your needs are. After we set-up an appointment, we come to your place and do a walk through. We explain what is going to happen and answer any questions that you may have. Then we clean and you become another happy client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have IICRC certifications and are continually going through training to assure we stay on the latest advancements to clean properly.
