As the executive chef at Galaxy Catering I have over 40 years of cooking experience. We offer full catering or Chef for hire services including instruction and consulting. We can fulfill your event and catering desires. We can cater any type of event or themed party including but not limited to wedding, birthday, bachelor and bachelorette parties. Everyone says that they can hear it in my voice and see in my eyes the passion that I have for what i do. They also say they can taste the love in every bite. We accept all major credit cards for our services. I as the Executive Chef have a real passion for cooking. My signature dish is REAL FRENCH CHEESECAKE. I enjoy teaching others to cook and igniting the fire and passion for cooking that I have for food.
