FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is broken down and detailed on every estimate I submit after viewing the project and speaking with future customers. Any project that is larger than a few hours of work, we prefer to see the intended project area before we give a complete estimate in order to provide the most accurate information. With tile, painting, decks, fences, and wood flooring, we charge per sqft or lnft. We offer or provide basic cad drawings or 3D views with larger scale jobs. As a company, we believe our customers should get exactly what they expect, so if that means adjusting our labor or allowing our customers to provide their own materials, we are ready to work as a team to accomplish our goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer is unique. No matter if it's a potential customer, new customer, or repeat customer- before, during, and after any job... you always treat others with respect. I always try to get a face to face before a project starts. This gives me a chance to observe and see what a customer likes or just to get to know their personality. I have never had a customer not satisfied of our work to my knowledge and strive for that exact outcome every time no matter the size of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Oklahoma with the intention of earning a criminology degree to work in law enforcement. I worked as an officer and c.e.r.t team member at an Oklahoma Prison and a Wyoming Prison system for 7 years before finding my way back to the construction field. I have extensive back ground in electrical, spending 5 years with Wade Electric in Norman, OK. I have worked with some of the best companies in their trade just to build business contacts and gain experience in every trade I could. In the end, I am very good at problem solving and I am proactive about continuously teaching myself new things. I stand by this motto: "There is nothing I can not build or problem I can not solve."
