I highly recommend the Kassie project !!! After making my own travel/lodging arrangements I discovered on the day of my intended arrival that my hotel reservations were lost. It was a banner weekend for my destination and all hotels were booked solid . Panicking , I messaged Kassie, mentioned my delima (was on a weekend) and asked her to use her resources to find me suitable lodging. Not only was she successful but also managed to book me in a prestigious/high end hotel for a rate substantially lower than my own initial hotel. Upon my checking in the desk clerk informed me that Kassie had phoned her direct as well and insisted upon me being provided with any amenities that the hotel offered. After my departure I was sent a precise, easy to read invoice for Kassie's services and discovered that the first usage of her services were gratis. From now on Miss Smith will arrange all my travel details as well as many other transactions that I'm sure she can provide better than I could alone and with her usual professional and flawless manner !!! My impression of the service Lula provides is that she enjoys what she does; she's passionate and willing to share what she has learned-she encourages me as a client to become more inform. Lula is on time, and will make time to assist you in getting the best service she can render. Lula is flexible to your needs, or this has been my experience, and I have recommend my friends and family to utilize her service-I have been very pleased.
