- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call us, and one our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry! Our advocates can refer you to a plumber if necessary! Once you are on the schedule we will give you a courtesy reminder the day before your scheduled appt. The day of your appointment we will call you 30 mins ahead of time to let you know we are on the way! Your plumber will arrive and assess the situation, and give you a firm price to move forward. Once accepted we will get to work! We like to be tidy and clean so we will make sure our work shows that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed, bonded, and insured. We keep up with plumbing code changes each year in Oklahoma so that we can always do the safest work possible for our customers.
