I am so pleased with the carpetcleaning service we received. The carpet was cleaned so well and Russell was quick to respond. I can't believe how clean he got the carpet. Look at the picture below and see where the cleancarpet lines are. We will definitely be back! Thanks again.

I have a busy life that doesn’t accommodate much change in our schedule. I have twin toddlers and working around work schedules and their schedules seem impossible to get things done like having my carpetscleaned along with my furniture....
Thankfully this man is wonderful at accommodating a busy family with a quality service that was done in record time and the results were astounding. For the way my carpets and sectional turned out it would’ve seemed he would have needed hours to do the job he did. In less than an hour he cleaned two rooms, our hallways and our sectional all while carrying a pleasant conversation and maintaining complete professionalism. With the results right in front of my eyes I booked him immediately to come back to our home.
As long as I’m living in the OKC area I won’t have to look anywhere else to have my carpets/furniture cleaned! Best results I could’ve asked for with an EXTREMELY reasonable price attached.

Russell’s Cleaning Services was extremely professional, worked around my changing schedule and did an excellent job on my carpets. There were a couple stains I was worried wouldn’t come out but he got the out and the carpet looks pristine. I highly recommend Jermaine and his company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know that we do honor the Military and also senior discounts. Also my pricing is upfront but just reach out and let me know that your Military or Senior and I will adjust price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I provide first time discount. Then I can send references and pics if needed, schedule and go out perform
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my techs have had carpet cleaning training in class and in the field. To go further I’ve had chemical training and certified at Ecolab university in St. Paul Minnesota. There I learned how to kill bacteria that cause bad odors, controlling allergens and sanitizing all surfaces.
