Our pricing is straightforward—a flat service fee upfront, which can be waived if the job is offered and accepted. We price each job as a whole rather than charging by the hour, ensuring transparency and no hidden costs. Materials are not included unless paid for upfront. Additionally, we offer discounts for referrals and special occasions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be smooth and straightforward for new customers. We start with an initial consultation to understand the scope of work and expectations. From there, we provide a flat-rate quote for the entire job—no hourly billing, just transparent pricing. If the service fee applies, it must be paid upfront but can be waived if the job is offered and accepted. Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule the work and ensure clear communication throughout the process. Materials are not included unless prepaid. We also appreciate referrals and offer discounts for them, as well as special occasions!
