I was contacted immediately by Flanco. They call from a call center 800 number, so that was weird. I got a 2:00-4:00 service time. The tech, Brock, was delayed and I was called during the window to be advised of the delay. The roads were icy so I understood the delay. No worries. Brock was fantastic. He answered all my questions, walked me through the work. Most importantly, he asked me questions to understand what I needed. He walked through the work order, talking about potential scenarios if the first fixes didn’t resolve the issue. Fortunately for me, it did. After that, Brock dropped some helpful knowledge for me moving forward. He really went above and beyond. It’s always nice to have a trusted electrician. If I need work again, I’m definitely calling Flanco and asking for Brock!
