I'm so glad I picked Steven to correct a fan installation gone wrong. Of course he did an stellar job with the installation (It's PERFECT!), but he also brought those other qualities that are often lacking when it comes to providers...He was:
* FAST! - Got the job done in no time.
* TOTALLY ACCOMMODATING - Offered to work on another issue I was having within the same service call, even though it was 9pm, and also helped me address an urgent, surprise, gushing-water broken pipe we found that wasn't even an electrical issue.
* A SHEER DELIGHT - You can tell he's a quiet kinda guy but he was so friendly and a shear pleasure to chat with!!!
Can't wait to call him for other projects!
