- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All sessions include a Pinterest-style online gallery, unlimited downloads on unlimited devices + print release. Weddings can be confusing, which is why we believe in simple pricing that makes sense to everyone from the flower girl to Grandma, and doesn’t include any hidden fees or buried gotchas on the back end. What you see is what you get! The only additional charges would be for things you know about in advance and choose to invest in, like extra hours of coverage or professional prints and/or wedding albums ordered through us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Ben Hyer Photography, we believe that our clients are more than just a business transaction. Before we become friends, we'd like you to tell us a little about you. We send a brief "getting to know you" questionnaire, and then schedule a phone or video consultation to discuss your vision for the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My goal is simple: for your session to be as fun and stress-free as possible! That’s why I’ve studied with some of the world's finest wedding and senior photographers! Your only job is to be yourselves, laugh a lot, have fun and let me do the rest! I can’t wait to get you in front of my camera and I’m so excited to see you soon!
