- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all! I give a "Labor only" bid and "Labor and materials" bid for each customer! I also give a discount for Senior Citizens, Military and Law Enforcement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and let them explain what they want. I ask questions after the customer has told me what he/she wants completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trends are more likely to be followed in my line of work because education in Painting comes with practice and how long and how much you actually do it.
