- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a collaboration of contractors and residential maintenance, make ready professionals. All are currently working in there fields. This allows are customers access to skills and quality workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require at 4hrs notice . There is a flat fee of $45 (1.5hrs)+tax on all projects. 2hr min on Sunday. All quote totals are final and can only be changed by customer additions , weather or material transport disposal or equipment rentals... Materials as needed &%30 of quote to be paid at start of services the remainder when finished. We pay any non requested overages directly related to our work./money orders, cash or check..We Thank You for Your Business..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 40yrs in multiple fields of Carpentry , Construction and Maintenance..
